In the name of Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of messengers and the seal of the prophets, our master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, our intercessor on the Day of Judgment. Now then, the challenge is great and the responsibility is greater. We live in a new world governed by science and knowledge, and under the government of my master, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his faithful Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 was launched. It is the vision of His Highness the Crown Prince for this great nation, which God has blessed with abundant experience, blessings, and Arab and Islamic leadership. The government, with all its sectors, pays great attention to real estate development and harnessing all capabilities and support for this sector, to advance this faithful country and transform it from an oil-dependent economy to diversifying the economy and raising the domestic product. With our wise government, we have come to live in a new world whose foundation is a conscious, educated, trained and effective human force. We have come to live in a new world in which all standards are global in education, training, the economy, and even in all aspects of life. This could not have come about except as a translation of a previous statement by His Highness the Crown Prince when he affirmed that our ambition is the sky. This is our message and our responsibility, which we work on daily with all sincerity and enthusiasm.
